About The Mack Agency

Located in St. Joseph, Michigan, the Mack Agency was established in 1981 by Alford and David Mack. Dave continues to serve the insurance needs of not only Southwestern Michigan, but also clients nationwide. Specializing in Commercial Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance, the Mack Agency remains a solid choice for all your insurance coverage needs.

David H. Mack, President LIC, CIC
President

Dave began his insurance career in 1971 and co-founded the Mack Agency, Inc in 1981. Dave specializes in Risk Management for Commercial Accounts as well as providing comprehensive medical benefits programs specific to clients needs. Dave is a life-long resident of the local community, graduating from Benton Harbor High School and receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University.



Davida A. Trinka, CISR, CPIW
VP Operations and Finance

Davie began her career in the insurance industry as an agent in the South Haven area in 1986. After receiving her property and casualty license she worked primarily with personal lines and small business accounts for the next eight years. In 1994, she joined the Mack Agency, where she is responsible for customer service of all accounts, the accounting and tax preparations of the agency, as well as with helping with claims and new business.

Davie is a firm believer that customer satisfaction is the most important aspect of any business operation and gladly continues that tradition daily at the Mack Agency.



Dorene M.VanStrien
Customer Service and Claims Representative

Dorene joined the Mack Agency in 2005 after a career in real estate sales and several years of raising her two daughters.

In 2007 she became licensed in Health and Life Insurance, which is her primary focus at the Mack Agency. Along with handling claims for the agency, Dorene spends her day servicing the current hospitalization accounts and obtaining quotes for new accounts. Dorene strives daily to provide excellent personal service to all of the Mack Agency accounts.



Justin R. Mack
Associate

Justin is Dave Mack's son and works part-time at the Mack Agency, while being a full-time business student at Sienna Heights. Justin plans to join the Mack Agency on a full time basis upon graduation.
